The first mate can be anyone as long as they share your cabin, or you give them the cabin and you sleep in the saloon or outside or they sleep in the saloon or outide or whatever!!
Both the captain and their first mate receive:
A free cabin
All meals on the yacht
Three dinners ashore
Nightly parties
Two nights at the Westin St.John
